De la variation de l'étayage logopédique comme outil thérapeutique

In a recent research work, we observed that the speech and language therapists' scaffolding to Alzheimer disease victims are influenced by three factors: the type of discourse in which it occurs, the patients' language abilities, and the therapists' personalities. In this article, we will first examine how we can determine different levels of help to our patients, and how we can intentionally diversify parameters within each level, how we can vary our scaffolding strategies. Secondly, we will investigate the fuzzy borders between the concern for an efficient coaching and the concern for a human therapeutic relationship.
