This book presents, in a systematic way, the complete case law regarding the Swiss arbitration act (Chapter 12 of the Private International Law Statute, PILS) and the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforecement of Foreign Arbitral Awards of 1958 (NYC). This second edition is updated until 31 December 2009 and lists about 300 new casescompared to the 400 already contained in the first edition.
