Crystals of the title compd. are monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a 11.434(2), b 10.630(2), c 20.948(4) Å, ? 100.12(3)°; Z = 4, dc = 1.534; R = 0.026, Rw(F2) = 0.059 for 2341 reflections.
