Description

The research project is conducted jointly by the University of Neuchâtel and the University of St. Gallen. The sub-projet at the University of Neuchâtel aims to shed light on the effects of foreign ownership on the development of telecommunications and media companies in authoritarian African countries. The focus is set in particular on the contribution of human resource management practices to the success of FDI strategies of multinational companies (MNCs) as well as on their spillover effects.
