Development and implementation of master studies in didactics of classical languages

| Résumé |
The purpose of the project is to develop a program of Master studies
in the Institute of Classical Studies, Faculty of Philosophy,
University St Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.
It will focus on the didactics of Latin and Ancient Greek. Because
of the lack of teachers and of practical training in the field of
Classical Languages, the project will contribute to the development
of specific methods aimed at improving the quality of teaching in
secondary schools in the Republic of Macedonia, using advanced
technology and more dynamic educational techniques. The project is made of three components: - Development of curricula for master studies in Classical Studies and their didactics; - Organization and implementation of Master courses in didactics; - Evaluation of the results. The program will contribute to improving the quality of teaching, increase the competitiveness of the Institute of Classical Studies of the University of Skopje, and facilitate its integration in the international network of Ancient Studies and Classical Philology. |
