camphorpyrazolylmethyl benzene ruthenium complex prepn crystal mol structure
Abstract
Anchoring a phosphine and an enantiopure camphorpyrazole tether to an arene (PArN*) yields, after ?6:?1:?1 coordination to ruthenium, [{?6:?1:?1-(PArN*)}RuL]2+ I as a 1:1 mixt. of diastereomers. These were sepd. and characterized by x-ray crystallog. The structure of the (R,RP,SRu)-I diastereomer is depicted. [on SciFinder(R)]
