The influence of thermal and chemical treatments (tetrahydrofuran and dioxane) on the adsorption properties of polyvinylchloride is investigated by gas chromatographic methods. It is shown, that heating to the glass-transition temperature has an erasing effect. Methanol was used as the main molecular probe.
