Le rapport entre migration et dépendances est un phénomène complexe et dépend de plusieurs facteurs. On a ainsi quelques raisons de penser que la population migrante rencontre des obsta-cles importants à une utilisation pertinente des institutions spécialisées dans les dépendances et que l’offre de ces institutions n’est souvent pas adaptée aux besoins de cette clientèle. En recou-rant à un modèle théorique bidimensionnel de l’intégration, cet article propose des réflexions concrète sur les changements que devraient opérer ces institutions pour mieux répondre aux be-soins de la population migrante., Das Verhältnis zwischen Migration und Sucht gestaltet sich komplex und ist von vielerlei Faktoren beeinflusst. So geht man etwa davon aus, dass für die Migrationsbevölkerung grosse Hürden bestehen, die Institutionen der Suchthilfe adäquat zu nutzen und dass das Angebot der Suchthilfe oftmals nicht auf die Bedürfnisse der Migrationsklientel ausgerichtet ist. Auf der Basis eines theoretischen, zweidimensionalen Modells von Integration werden im vorliegenden Artikel konkrete Überlegungen präsentiert, wie sich die Institutionen der Suchthilfe transformieren müssten, um den Bedürfnissen der Migrationsbevölkerung besser gerecht werden zu können., The connection between migration and addictions is a complex phenomena and depends from various factors. There are thus some reasons to think that the migrant population encounters im-portant obstacles which prevent a pertinent use of the institutions specialised in addictions, and that the services offered by these institutions are often not adapted to the needs of this clientele. In resorting to a theoretical bi-dimensional model, this paper presents concrete considerations on the changes which these institutions should undergo to better answer the needs of the migrant population.
