La préparation des nitriles à partir des chlorures d'acide

Une nouvelle méthode pour transformer en une étape les chlorures d'acide en nitriles correspondants a été développée. Les conditions pour cette transformation utilisant le hexaméthyldisilazane et le trimethyliodosilane comme réactif ont été optimalisées. L'étude de cette transformation par RMN du ²⁹Si ont permis d'éclaircir le mécanisme., Eine neuartige Methode um Saurechloride in einer Eintopf-Reaktion in die entsprechenden Nitrile umzuwandein ist entwickelt worden.
