Abstract
Incorporation of biotinylated-[rhodium(diphosphine)]+ complexes, with enantiopure amino acid spacers, in streptavidin affords solvent-tolerant and selective artificial metalloenzymes: up to 91% ee (<i>S</i>) in the hydrogenation of <i>N</i>-protected dehydroamino acids.
