Résumé
Our approach of the adolescents’ speech will be situated, in an original way, in the interface of linguistics, semiotics of discourse and psychoanalysis. We must not only describe, analyse the linguistic forms taken by the adolescent discourse today, as far as the adolescent speech is the place of the greatest innovation, neological creation. That necessary analyse cannot be sufficient: one must also and especially wonder about the significations of this linguistic creativity continuously renewed and link it with what we can know about the corporal mutation during adolescence (the body is the basic instance of language) and also about the « psychical puberty » which leans on corporal transformations.

The results of that pluridisciplinary analysis (we call it « self-begetting ») open an access privileged to the deep intelligibility of the adolescents’ behaviours and discourses and allow, for example, to conceive an effective prevention of adolescents’ healthy risks, a social and sanitary problem today quite general.
