Thames Water Customer Preferences Research

Résumé The objective of this project is to elicit preferences of Thames Water customers for improvements to water and wastewater services. We apply a discrete choice experiment and survey a large number of households in the Greater London area. Results are used to inform cost-benefit analysis of various investment plans.
